Hypertech Programmer Question--NEWB
Hypertech Programmer Question--NEWB I received a Hypertech Programmer 3 when I bought my 99 SS Camaro. I hadn't really ever bothered with it till this past weekend. I changed the MPH and some other things and it bounced rev limiter before it would shift. I would have to let off the throttle in order for it to shift.
I tried messing with it here and there to get it right but couldn't really get it straight so I restored it back to factory settings. What did you guys set your at to get the best results out of the programmer?
My car like I said is a 1999 Camaro 3.23 Rear stock tires, SLP air lid, Long tube headers 3'' exhaust, electronic cutout, stage 2 trans, I was told it had some headd work but i don't believe it does. I was told the car had more done to it than what it did but i don't believe it is all true. The things I stated that are done are for sure though.
