My car is bouncing between 16-18afr on the LC1

2000 camaro SS stock PCM tuned via Hptuners.

the scan gauge reading short term fuel trim 2.3-3.4

I have recalibrated the 02 sensor sensor, when the car goes WOT the AFR drop to 13.0 area. Is this something with the tune of the car? There are no vacuum leaks any where.
