Default disabling PWM
i didnt really want to start making tweaks and guessing before asking here first.
i need to disable my pulse width modulator.

just set your max tcc pwm% table to 100% and min table to 98% then anytime the tcc applies it will be on or off

i tried putting them both at 100. i'll drop the min to 98
