Who can unlock a HyperPAC?

I've had this thing for over three years and forgot all about it when I sold my car and it's married to that VIN. I'd like to unlock it to use with my new Z for some of the features on it.

Hypertech charges over $200 to "divorce" it from the VIN. Can anyone here do it or tell me how to?

You are going to have to pay for the unlock.
You would be better off getting HP tuners since you will be paying that much anyways.
