Default Can you identify this PCM?

Ok, so here is the PCM that I bought 3 years ago when I was getting all the parts together for my LS swap into my Typhoon.

It says on the sticker that this is from a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500.

Will this work for my application? I have a 2003 LQ4 with an LS6 intake.

Thanks to anyone that can help out.

It will work as long as your running a cable throttle body and not dbw.

Yeah, running a cable......not ready to mess with DBW yet.

Thanks for the response.

So I just flash it with the OS of whatever year harness mine is, correct?

Yes do a full flash of whatever calibration you want to use.

Well, I verified tonight that the harness I have is for a Vortec Gen III motor, so that's good. I actually found 3 mistakes in the wiring for sensor grounds and corrected them. I bought my harness from some no-name local guy and I'm surprised to see only 3 mistaken pins. The TPS and MAP Sensor Grounds were swapped, and the MAP 5V sensor was one pin over from the correct one.

I wanted to make sure before I took the plunge into either a mail-order tune or actually purchasing a full package like HPT/EFIL

Thanks again for the help.
