03 Cobra with LSX413 tuning question

Ok so here is a run down of what it is and the problem Im facing.I have an 03 Cobra with a Lsx 413 and a powerglide. Iam using EFI Live with a 2002 ecu and cos#3. It has a single gt4780, 160# injectors, 3 bar map sensor Sd tune, Aem injector driver, 50# base fuel pressure, 23# of boost on e85. All the way from 3k-5800 rpm the air fuel is 11.50 steady and fuel map is good. But by 6000rpm Im at 13.0 and rising out of control. It has 73-75# of fuel pressure and I started adding fuel to my fuel map. I added 15% with no changes to afr. I have went as far as maxing out the fuel map with no luck.

Any suggestions would be great. Ill try any thing at this point.

What's your injector duty cycle? Can you post up a log?

My duty cycle is 80%. I cant figure out how to post a log. The car use to have big stuff and would rev to 7500 with no issues. Same everything just went to stock ecu with the aem driver box.
