Default tac module--throttle--computer compatibility

Hope someone out there is familar with this problem. I've installed a 98 LS 1 from a wrecked corvette into a 58 chevy truck restoration. The harness came from a well known supplier. The TAC module is 12578953(original from car). I have original throttle pedal for that year corvette. The computer was programmed to my specs. Engine starts and instantly revs to high rpm. I have no throttle response. After scan with OBD scanner i get a code "P1120 TPC". I then find out that the computer that I bought is from "a 2002 suburban". My question is this--Is this computer from a suburban(Even though it is programed to my specs) compatible with this TAC and stock corvette throttle. I do know that the surburban had the same TAC but not the same petal. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Is the harness a 99 to 02?
or
Is the harness for the 98?

I am going to say it fits a 99 to 02 because the car runs. The 97/98 PCM has a completely different pinout at the PCM connectors compared to the 99 to 02.
