Default ls6 intake tune question?

I have a 99 vette with longtube Headers no cat and xpipe. I have a bolt on tune loaded and have a 100 shot soon to be a 150 shot. I have a lingenfelter launch controllor pulling timing. I have a ls6 intake that I am going to be putting on next week.
WIll I need a touch up on my tune or will I be alright to spray again.

The ls6 flows better than the ls1 intake, so yes anything that would make your car flow better would require re-optimizing the tune for that new part. That is to get the best possible gains out of it.
