AEM, Holley Dominator or BS3

AEM, Holley Dominator or BS3 Need some insight on what everyone is having the best luck with. Running a forged LS2 with headers and a Y2K 88mm. I was going to run the stock computer with an AMS1000 but would like something that will control everything out of one box. I've got a friend with the AEM and he seems to like it a lot but do y'all have any experiences with obvious limitations of the AEM computer? The Holley setup looks really nice but they haven't released their boost application with the software and Big Stuff is just plain pricey. Any good advice would be appreciated.
