Help with idle on 98 Camaro
Help with idle on 98 Camaro I have edit version 1.1. I am editing a 98 camaro with C1 cam, stage 2 heads ect.. I have been able to get a good idle at 850 but it would "hang" around 1200 until I came to a complete stop. I have been trying to edit this problem out without success. To make matters worse ever since I attempted to fix this, the car now will not idle down at all once it gets warmed up. It will crank and idle fine for the first 10 minutes are so but once the engine comes up to full temp the idle will not fall below 1500rpm and throws the PO507 code (idle controll system RPM higher than expected). I have not changed anything mechanical since it would idle correctly exept for the hang while moving before. What I changed in edit was the "air flow decay" tab under engine cal.
