Default what are these DTC's from?

Here is a list of the DTC's that HP tuners gave me. I am getting a service engine light and I am not sure why. The MAF sensor is deleted and I am running a 2-bar map sensor with my procharged setup. Any suggestions?

[PCM] P0103 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit High Frequency (Pending) (Current) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1000 - Class 2 Communication Malfunction (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] B1001 - Option Configuration Error (History) (Immature)
[Restraints] U1016 - Loss of Class 2 Communication with VCM (History) (Immature)

Sounds like the SDM/SIR/airbag module has been unhappy or was otherwise failing.

the maf code is the only one that will set a ses light.

The other 3 are common after reading/flashing the pcm and are usually nothing to worry about.
