Default LS3 MAP sensor with '98 PCM?

I have a LS3 longblock with LS3 intake in a '98 F-body with the '98 PCM. I've received conflicting information on which MAP sensor to use.

LS1 MAP: Doesn't fit well in LS3 sensor hole, but easier to tune
LS3 MAP: Fit's as designed, but I'm told tuning changes are required.

I've been using the LS1 MAP sensor since last June, and I don't appear to have any MAP related issues with the tuning (Frost was handling the tune). I would feel better about having a sensor which fit and sealed better but what is involved in tuning a LS3 MAP sensor for a '98 PCM?

Thanks!

I have the l76 iirc manifold. Same as the ls3 except mine is designed for the ls1 map. I also am running a 98. I know it doesnt really answer your question but it is an option..

Do you have the LS3 MAP sensor part number?
