Which ECM?

Hey guys, Im dropping a 99 LS1 into a 90 Nissan 240SX. I will be using a PSI harness, and getting it tuned for speed density on a HP Tuner. My question is, is there a particular LS1 ECM anyone would recommend? Or should I just pick up any old LS1 computer? It will be a T56 also if that matters..

Mods (Just as a reference):
Blueprinted and balanced block
Worked Heads
MS3
Non-EGR C5 Intake
Melling High Flow/Volume oil pump
BBK 80mm TB
Sikky 1 3/4" Long Tubes
Catless Exhaust

Stock Injection and Ignition

Any input is greatly appreciated, as I am new to the world of LS Engines

we have complete harness kits with pcm's and fuel systems, but since you are getting the other one, they need to tell you which one to get.

I know I dont need one with the DBW system...Just curious if there are any preferrable differences between say a 99 T/A and an 02 SS ECU...
