Frost Tune Question

I am going to get a frost mail order tune for my 00 Camaro SS. This may be a stupid question BUT how do I pay for return shipping? I know I have to pay it but do I add it to the 150 when I paypal him?

I am sure its just added to the price of the tune. He would be the one to ask this.

Ya, I sent him an email but read on here he is backed up with emails and also got an autoresponse that his email is backed up. So I figured I'd ask guys who have gone through the mail order tune with him.
