Question Is this a programming problem?

About 3-4 months ago I had my car dyno tuned after I installed a cam, etc. He ran the idle up to about 900 in gear and park/neutral. I haven't had any problems till about last week. Now about half the time, after a little normal driving, the idle runs 1000 in gear and about 1200 in park/neutral. It always idles fine on startup, its just after some driving. I'm starting to wonder if it is a computer problem because my car started shifting later than usual every once in a while too. Its odd this is happening all at once after being fine for so long.

Do the computers just get bugs in them sometimes? Or do you think its just a mechanical problem. Before anyone asks, I do not have a way to scan it. Just looking for ideas. THANKS.

Could also be your IAC motor (mounted on the throttle body)

Thanks for the suggestions. Just wondering where the most common vacuum leak problems are? I'm thinking that may be the problem since its fine at the beginning of drives and gets worse after its good and warm. I won't count the IAC out though.
