Default Tuning question

I'm no tuning expert, I'm looking for an expert opinion.

Last year I threw together a stock-ish shortblock and ran a 230/238 cam from AI and got a mail order tune which ran awesome. My question is, I'm building a motor for this year and my budget ran short of buying heads. So essentially I'm building a bulletproof block that's really only going to gain about 35-40 horse over my last configuration. Do you think its worth a re-tune?

Im not changing the way the engine works in any way I'm just adding displacement, stock-ish compression.

Old motor
Stock shortblock
Stock heads
Stock intake
Full bolt ons
AI 230/238 shelf grind
Jesel sportsman and complimenting springs

New Motor
Splayed billet 4 bolt mains
Eagle crank
Eagle rods
CP Pistons
Stroker clearance and other accompanying machine work for a stroker.
^Everything else from last year.

Any input is welcome, helpful input is appreciated.

Anytime you add displacement you need to have it tuned. How much did you increase the displacement?
