Default Throwing the 1336 code, help!

Car is throwing the 1336 "Crankshaft learning" code. Short of taking the car to the dealer, is there a way to "re-learn" this using HP Tuner? If so, anyone have the step by step procedure?

Car is a Porsche 944 with an '02 Camaro SS motor that has a different PCM from stock. The stock PCM came tuned and we couldn't erase/unlock it, so I bought another PCM for the motor.

All help appreciated!

unless you have all the stock inputs hooked up to the ecm, id just turn the code off with hp tuners,, the crank relearn is only used for factory misfire diagnostics and has no effect on how the engine runs
