help early shift after cam/tune

help early shift after cam/tune im helping a friend so some of this may be second hand
and im not into reprograming but i am L1 ase certified tech
and trans builder i have a snap on verus
ok
98 z28 with cam and tune
after these two things were done it shifts 1234lu on hard
acceleration (wot) and by 35 mph wot intermitantly but it
happens most every time
light throttle its ok
transmission has been out 2 times and gone through with
nothing found wrong(i didnt go through it another trans shop did it)
so i took 2 led lights and taped into the shift solenoid 1 and 2
the trans is ok its doing what its told to do
sometimes the asr light will come on and canot be turned on but
their are no codes
i have scoped the tps and speed sensor
their is no abs codes and the data looks good on all 4 wheels
i checked power and grounds at ebcm all ok
i think its something not programed correctly
i havent seen it but was told the pcm was replaced and stock
program installed at dealer with same problems
so that leaves the cam
we searched for bad grounds all ok
if anyone has any fresh ideas to check let me know
