98 tuning question
I'd start with the idle airflow tables. An automatic transmission gives more load at idle than a manual, so you need to give it more air.
Then play with idle spark.
Adjust IAC and make sure it works properly. It need to have room to raise and lower engine speed.
Adjust TB screw to closed position until TPS volts are 0.67 or less, then do a TPS reset.
You may need to drill the TB (if is not already)
