Default Part throttle shift points

I am trying to raise my part throttle shift points. I have set the 3-4 upshift to 43mph for 0-25% TPS and the 4-3 to 40mph for the same TPS in the Normal Shift table. The actual shift speed is now 34 mph for the 3-4 shift and 29mph for the 4-3 shift on light throttle which is up slightly from before I made the changes in Edit. Is there something im missing or does the shift speed not account for the diff ratio? I have also increased the lower shift mph on the main trans cal table to the same value. Should I just keep upping the mph until I get the right shift speed or is there something else that needs to be changed?

I have 3000rpm stall and 3.73 gears, and this has been set in Edit and speedo calibration has been checked and is correct.
