usually a couple jiggawatts. Well, it depends on how far off the stock tune is with the mods (rich or lean or spark)... there are sooo many dependencies.
Usually with all bolt ons, such as mentioned in the first post I would think 30HP is not out of the question, as usual gains from a factory tune STOCK CAR to a tuned STOCK care are 15HP 15TQ roughly.
I know I gained 16HP and 23FT lbs just from installing my headers WAY back in the day.

Not understanding this... He has been the ONLY person to hook up to my car, from when it was a simple cat back/lid car, to bolt ons/heads and cam car, to where it sits now as speed density, fully built 408 with a F1C, 4L80 swap.
OP... I believe each car will be different, depending on where the factory 'tune' is. Regardless, Frost is DEFINITELY the only way to go IMO
