EFI live boost timing feature

Is anybody using this boost timing retard feature with 2bar sd or just lowering the timing in the high n low octane spark maps.

I was going to add a couples degrees of timing to the whole spark map to compensate for the lower compression and then just use the boost timing retard to pulling out timing when the boost comes in
