Default Possible bad computer?

Having an issuse with my tps sensor....car ran fine and randomly i started it and it had a high idle around 2k.. hook up the scanner to find that my tp was showing 20% at idle.....with the car off and manually sweeping the throttle the tps goes from 20%-60% at WOT...i unplugged the tps and the car idles fine.....replaced the tps and still the same problem. Next i check for a 5v to the tps and found that i was only getting about 2.6v at so i move back to the pcm and same thing there my 5v is about 2.6.... could this be a bad pcm?? the only codes i got from the car were p0121 and a p1122 any input aprreciated

Depending on what year and model you have, some of them also have the ABS tied in to the TPS, so that might be loading down the 5 volt output of the PCM
Remove the gray wire from pin #8 of C1 on the PCM and see if the voltage goes back to 5 volts on the pin
