You can not judge your long term fuel trims while at idle which it appears you are viewing. ShortTerm Fuel Trims make up the Long Term Fuel Trims by averaging. Ideally you should adjust them to run between -5% and +5% while running along at 55mph and steady foot. Any average out side of those parameters will result in a lean or rich code. If you have the OEM injectors going negative adds fuel (holds the injector open longer) while going positive decreases the pulse of the injector. The Diablo is designed to compensate for a larger injector. Depending on the model you should be able to adjust the slope by scrolling through the menu.

I think you are asking how to tune for the fuel trims.

First thing i would suggest is to send that tool in for the hardware upgrade to allow it to datalog, not going to get very far with screenshots
