can't down load bin file from site says locked

Default can't down load bin file from site says locked
why when I down load a tune from the bin files it says it is tuner locked. How do you load one if it is locked. Pretty new to this so please be nice

nope...but I thought these were free? for member's of HP tuners.
my HP tuner is only for my car 02 transam nothing else.

Are you trying to load a file to your 02 trans am? Got a make sure it's the same year or you have to get two more credits to load it.
