I had my car tuned by him years ago. Well, I heard later on that he locked the computer and has since sold all of his tunes to a shop. I can't remember the name of the shop. I have 2 questions. The first is what is the name of the shop and does anyone know if they will unlock the computer? The second is which program will overwrite LS1edit?

I have the ability to unlock the PCM if whatever shop did it won't help you out.
If you have an LS1 PCM any of the common tuning software suites can work with your existing tune. The only caveat to that would be if there was a 'custom OS' in your PCM, but to the best of my knowledge LS1 Edit never offered any sort of 'custom OS' so you should be good to go once your PCM is unlocked.
