Can a Hypertech Programmer delete EGR and VATS? I have a Hypertech module in my car (by previous owner), but I do not know what it is set to do. Do I need the Programmer #30026 (for a '94) or would I be better off getting a scan tool?

 

You need Tunercat and a AKM interface cable. There are others but those two work reliably.
