Email tune?

Does anyone know if frost or anyone can do a one time email tune? Nobody will message me back.

i know frost told me a couple weeks ago that he only does email tuning during the off season

Its acually for my buddy. He just purchased an 08 Trailblazer SS all stock and just wanted to wake it up a little. I have hptuners and everything so was just trying to save time and money for him.
