Header Install, Cat delete, tune edit required?

Header Install, Cat delete, tune edit required? I already have my car tuned and the rear 02 sensors are edited out. If I install my headers do I need to have my tune adjusted for the headers or will it be fine until I throw the cam in it?
Depending on how aggressive your current tune is, it could cause you to go too lean at WOT. Modifications that improve flow typically lean out the engine when the tune is untouched.
