Safe to run nitrous?

Safe to run nitrous? I hevent used my nitrous since last fall. The modsin my sig in () are mods i have done in the winter. Will I be safe to run nitrous or will i be to lean. I know I need a tune but I dont have the money right now, so should I wait til I get the money or is it fine to run nitrous with the following set up?

If you just put the headers on you'll be running rich anyway (or at least you should be). I'd probably take the MAF ends off. I'd run it if it was me. 
Shouldn't you be gettin' better than half a second with the 100 shot? Hope your bottle heater additon helps that.

WS6 GREEN u think it would be ok to run it with the mods i have added? When I ran 100 shot i was running low pressure and did not have the right plugs. Hopefully with headers and nitrous I can be close to 12.0

well, maf ends tend to trick your car into running lean a little, but headers are supposed to make you run real rich. Here is my experience. I have a lid, GMAF, LTs, ORY, and a MAF Translator. Before headers, I had it set on 2% lean at WOT. AFTER headers, its pegged as far lean as it will go. So yeah, it made me run niiiice and rich. If it does the same thing for you it would actually help. You may find in the end that its best to leave the maf ends on but just to be safe I'd take them off until I could find someone with AutoTap to log some runs with the car and make real sure.
