SD tune to maf question
SD tune to maf question ok so i have a 01 5.3l 4l60e in my 91 Camaro. right now it is currently on a SD tune cause i didnt have a maf at the time. i finally got around to gettin a maf and wiring it up. now with the maf hooked up the car tries to die. is this normal since it on a SD tune?

Well on a pure speed density tune the maf is disabled so the computer should ignore it whether it is there or not. Since it dies when you have it hooked up it sounds like it isn't disabled, but merely tuned so it would run without it. Sounds like you're gonna need to get it tuned for the maf.
