Elm 327 bluetooth obd2
Elm 327 bluetooth obd2 Bought one of those bluetooth obd2 dongles off of ebay and it was delivered yesterday. Tested it on my gfs scion and it worked flawlessly with the torque app off the android market. Plugged it into my 99 T/A this morning and the dongle doesn't work. I'm going to test it again on my gfs car after work, anyone using these on their ls1? Figured it was a nice cheap way to read codes that popped up instead of buying an expensive scan tool.
Got the Torque app and did the ELM 327 BT plug as well. Worked (surprisingly!) on my 98 for maybe 2 days, now my HTC 4G phone won't sync to the damn thing. It'll find other bluetooth devices, just not the dongle so I'm thinking of trying them in a friends 2003 OBDII daily... Good luck and PM me if you figure it out.
