Default hard to start

The car is hard to start unless you give it gas. Once you do so it idles fine and drives fine. I just put in a GEN X from trick flow and a set of there 44lb injectors and still setting the tune but everything ive tried has not fixed this problem. This is also the first car i have ever tuned. I have been using HP tuner thanks.

You need to consider,

either a dyno tune from someone who has experience with these engines, or maybe try a mail-tune from one of the better tuners who may have tackled this kind of set-up already.
Or go round in frustrating circles trying to find your way out of it!

I'm new at the tuning as well. This may help. Check to make sure you have the proper INJ sizing for your 44's.
Try to modify your Startup Airflow by 20%. Adds more air at start up.
It worked for me

Highlight the table (all cells). Then in the lb/min box put 1.2, then click on the X. Write down your original just in case.
