P0101 code and O2 sensor bank one sensor one codes

P0101 code and O2 sensor bank one sensor one codes I have been running my turbo charged ls1 for 5 months now no problems besides the O2 sensor code bank one sensor one. Last week I blew the #7 intake scorpion rocker are. I changed all the rockers along with all the spark plugs and plug wires. Took the car to the lake George car show and on the way home the car would missfire and stumble only under boost on #3 cylinder. During the rocker arm repair the intake and valley pan was also removed due to me forgetting this is a ls1 and not a old skool small block (wanted to check the litters but can't get to them without removing the head) anyone have any ideas. I removed and cleaned the mass air flow sensor due to the P0101 code but it did nothing. I could use help with both codes please.
