General Tuning Software?

Are there any really general/simple tuning software(s) that can be used with all ODBII vehicles?

We support alot but not all http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite_vehicles.php

Its next to impossible to support all unless you knew all of the seed/key's and have all the information from each pcm and even then theres a TON of work that goes into it which would likely put it way out of the realm of the avg user. Its not like alot of this info is public
