Is there a fix for the GMAF?

Is there a fix for the GMAF? I have a Granatelli MAF and from what I've read on the boards this is what's causing my lean condition. I have a constant +17 on both Lterms at idle and highway speeds, haven't seen WOT. I have the predator so I can't log data only see real time data. Can an experienced tuner fix this with Edit?

sure but wouldn't it be simpler to throw a stock maf back in and not pay someone several hundred bucks for an unlikely hp gain? Modifying the MAF i hear is a big no no, since the tranny computer side uses the maf signals too.
