Default Software that supports both formats?

I have searched. I have read. My eyes are bloodhsot and tired!

I have both cables, one for OBDI, the other is the allinone scan tool/cable combo. It came with software and drivers.

I have six vehicles. 3 of each format. Prior to now I only used it to scan for codes, which I used free software to do that. Now I am looking to remove said codes and actually change parameters and fully tune.

Now that we have the back drop I am going to get to the point. Is there software that supports BOTH formats? I dont want to shell out any money and find out it is only one or the other. Thank you in advance for the help!

No.

OBD1 removable flash chip, uses a chip burner to flash the chip
OBD2 flashes via the obd2 port
