Default Noobie injector question

I installed a set of 48lb injectors rated a 43.5 psi, i changed the tune to reflect the injectors. As I was looking around I noticed that there is a table Injector flow rate modifier vs. battery volts. That table has 1.00 across the board, should it be like that? To me it seems like it would be adding more fuel than what the table is commanding. Should I zero out that table?

Thank in advance for the help!

Do not change this table. Injector flow is multiplied by these values. Zeroes would shut off fuel.
