Need to fix, wrong OS loaded on my pcm
Long story short, a shop flashed a tune over a dyno tune I already had. It appears they flashed an older OS on my pcm(12202088) where as I need 12212156. I got the dyno tune reflashed from the original tuner afterwards, probably did a write calibration only because I think a write all would have corrected the os verion. But I just bought hptuners for myself and now get an invalid vin/os pair message.
Any help? Ive already contacted the tuner for my original dyno tune file as well as hptuners with this problem. Im just impatient.

I am not sure in your case,a couple years ago while on vacation about 1 k miles from home I straped down on a dyno and the operator and I up loaded the tune for my son 's 5.3 on to my 5.7( we had both the 5.7 and 5.3 tune on my computer which we were useing LS1-EDIT) was able to toe to local dealer and have NEW PCM with stock tune installed just 5 min before GM dealer closed for holley day week end was then able to limp home on OE tune
cost about 500.00 at dealer for PCM/ TOEING 100.00/extra day in TENN. 150.00/re new sub to LS1EDIT 50-100.00 ? because Edit would not see the new PCM
sorry I can not help Just hope you do not have this problem
