PCM identification Is there a way to identify a PCM other than from the sticker on the cover? My sticker is gone and I can't figure out pinouts and what type of truck it came off of? The engine is a 6.0L apparently a LQ4/LQ9 because I have the dished pistons and it has a block casting number of 12551364. Im trying to make my harness a stand alone but can seem to indentify what I have. The person I got the engine from claims it was out of a 2005 AWD Escalade. Can anyone help?
99 to 02 cars & trucks + 03 Vettes have 512kb PCM's. They have Red & Blue connectors. You will see Red & Blue printed on the PCM where the connectors attach
2003 to 2006 and 2007 GMT-800 aka Classic's will have Blue and Green printed on the PCM
