Default No lockout for Reverse P0803

Got a problem, and was hoping somebody could shed some light on my situation.

Just before I put my car into storage (99 C5) I was on the freeway shifting from 4 to 5 and I tapped Reverse....no damage- just a quick growl to let me know that it was not in 5th. I tried once more and the same thing happened. My trans is not locking out R when the car is in motion. I pulled the code and its P0803 1-4 Upshift Solenoid Control Circuit (M/T) -B

I replaced the solenoid on the trans and that is not the problem. We found out there is no voltage going to it-

So are there any simple things I can check? I'm worried its my PCM- which seems like a pricey fix...

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Dave

any chance you have your CAGS and reverse lockout plugs wrong?

i know on the f-body, no voltage, you can't get reverse, you need to energize the lockout to allow you to go into reverse.

No, this won't be it. I've had cags defeated via LS1 edit for 2 years when this happened seemingly out of the blue. See, I think it failed in the open position- so its not locking anything out. I installed a new solenoid that was in the closed position and the only gear I could use (if I remember) was reverse and 2 I believe....

I'm not the most mechanically inclined, so forgive me if my post makes no sense. Thanks!

Here are the other codes, all are History:
B0502 RH DRL Relay Circuit
B0503 RH DRL Relay Circuit
B0507 LH DRL Relay Circuit
B0508 LH DRL Relay Circuit

I just pulled these out last night.
