Default P0440. Need help!

I have a 2000 firebird formula with a 6.0 lq9 and a cam. About 2 months ago I threw this code. I went and replaced the gas cap. Code went away for a little while but now it is back and when I clear the code shortly after I throws it again. It has been running a little rich lately. Is it one of the pieces of the Evap equipment and if so, do I have to drop the gas tank to get to all the Evap equipment? Need help please!

Did you get a GM gas cap or a aftermarket one? The reason I ask is because this happened on my mothers Bravada, I replaced the gas cap with a Auto Zone one and it came back on. When you go to take the cap off it doesn't feel very tight at all.
