Default Trouble codes

So ive had this SES light on for a while and just had a chance to get it looked at during work. 5 of them.
1. P0152 o2 bank 2 sensor 1 high volts
2. P0405 EGR flow sensor A circut low input
3. P0430 Catalyst efficiancy below threshold bank 2
4. P0803 1-4 upshift solinoid circut malfunction
5. P1639 ? says to see the manufactors book.

Ok so i know that the EGR valve was put in backwards when the blower was put in and im to lazy to fix it but other than that i dont know about the others. I have been having a prob with my volts. Somtimes ill run my car hard and the volts will drop to 8 and stay around there for a while and then all of a sudden jump back up to 13? If anyone can help let me know. Also the codes were cleared and the SES light came back on later so im gonna stop by work tommorow and check the codes again and see which ones are still there. ill keep you guys posted and sorry for the long thread.

P1639 5 Volt Reference #2 Circuit

I found this doing a google search. I think you may have a problem with your alternator or a messed up ground connection. It sees like to much of a coincidence that you have 3 of 5 codes involving volts.
