LY2 BCM bypass

LY2 BCM bypass I have a 4.8 2008 LY2 I have the oem harness and ecu. I sent it off to a harness guy to get it reduced to a four wire connect and flash the ecu. He is out of town right now or I would ask him. But in the mean time I would like some second oppinions.
The harness guy built a relay bank marked main,fuel,and fan.
Wires left hanging to connect marked are 12v sw, ground, and two light blue with white wires marked brake sw. two brown obdII port wires. MIL check engine wire.
The thing I dont get is no crank wire(start key sw) and why two brake sw wires.?
Im new to this but it looks like the harness guy has assumed I have a BCM. I do not. I told him I was putting it in a Jeep. but whatever.
So can I bypass it completly? Do I go get a BCM? If I get a BCM it have to be flashed too right?
