Seems low to me too. I'm not positive where it should go at WOT, but at idle mine is at 22 according to a hand held predator scan tool, Fred

My 2002 at wot usually is around 23-24degrees. Are you sure you're not gettin kr which will lower your timing, 15 is kind of low and i'm sure you're giving up some hp with that low of a timing...

Only get minor kr at part throttle, timeing goes to 15 derees instantly when you go wot.Ltrms are slightly negative at part throttle lock at 0 wot. This is with 92 in the tank, which is the best we can buy here without getting an overabundace of alcohol in it.Tank is more tham 3/4 full also.Car has a generic tune from speed inc but I don't know if they touched the timeing.

If speed Inc tuned the car then they could have programmed your timing. I would call them and see if they could reprogram your car and add some timing. Add enough where you don't see any kr at wot and you should be good. Hope this helps.

I just brought them the pcm and had them adjust spedo, cags,tm,rear o2 delete, etc.
They didn't have the car for a full tune just took a stab at it as it was only a bolt on car.

15 is way low for any year of LS1. Even my 98 (which is know for low timing) pulled 22-24 degrees. I would take it back to Speed and have them take a look at the actually PCM programing.
