33.3lb/hr injectors would be 38.45lb/hr @ 58psi.

They are not Ford 30's, they are a Saab only use but they do look the same just a different part number. See the picture I posted?

I am not sure what you mean by what did I use? in 99 or 00 the Vette fuel system changed and this was the new rate due to the removal of the FPR on the rail and its vacuum adjust to putting it in the fuel filter and keeping it at 58psi always.

Using your SAAB known data of 33.3lb/hr @ 43.5psi in the injector calculator:

Flow Rate vs. KPA:

In order from 0-80 MAP (kpa):

38.4522060361 38.691851848 38.9300224739 39.1667448252 39.4020450052 39.6359483421 39.8684794213 40.0996621152 40.3295196121 40.5580744431 40.785348508 41.0113630998 41.2361389281 41.4596961407 41.6820543456 41.9032326302 42.1232495808

34.15 not 33.3 although I see where in the picture i have they list both and do not mention how to tell the difference as they have the same part number.

Your tune in very close:

38.69 38.88 39.06 39.25 39.44 39.56 39.75 39.93 40.12 40.24 40.43 40.61 40.80 40.92 41.11 41.30 41.42

BUT in the end it doesn't matter.

Those injectors absolutely CANNOT keep up with E85 needs for that motor.

STOP!

I agree thats why I had larger injectors next on my list, thank you for the math I am concerned now because honestly it does not say how to tell the difference on these injectors... what fun.

I will go check what you have there vs mine and make changes thank you for the information. That means 42's should be around 47-48. Finding something bigger is going to be even more fun. I am running way to rich though on the old tune they did not go this high I think I have a data log from then let me check.

I would do 60lb. min. on a E85 tune.

Problem solved...

I will look at pricing and see I need to make it through to January and then things should settle back down.
