Default Tps value

Hey can some one look at this and tell me if the tps value is correct.... Car was idling and not up to operating temp yet... Also when I would open the throttle up I still get a 0% tps%.... Can some point me in the right direction

Make sure you don't have the TPS plug and the coolant temp sensor plug swapped. They look the same on a 98.
