replace O2s with widebands Could the factory O2s be replaced with widebands and the ECM be re-scaled and calibrated?

It is possible to replace narrowband sensors with widebands but not the way you propose. Wideband sensors need an electronic controller. Some wideband controllers can generate simulated narrowband signals that can be sent to the PCM. The Innovate LC-1 is one such controller. Dual units are available.
