Default Flashing SES

I know that usually a flashing SES means a random misfire but when it's flashing I notice no diffrence in the way the car runs. I have noticed on the other hand that my car will sometimes use fuel cell 3 during part throttle driving. Is'nt it only supposed to use 6-14? I've scanned it a few times and I can't seem to get any codes out of it. What should I look for on A-Tap to find out whats going on?

I know, it will use them all depending on calculated load on the engine.
