Help with VIN code!!!

I recently put an LQ9 / 4L60E into my 1997 Wrangler. The engine and trans run great and I have no codes at this time. The problem is that here in NYS the vin from the vehicle and the vin, vehicle info must match in order to pass inspection. I've read that its is possible to change the info in the computer to match using EFI live and a couple other programs...unfortunately my local tuner only uses HPTuners.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Call someone or a tuner with EFIlive and mail the PCM to them to change the VIN?

They are correct. EFIlive can do that vin change. It does not eat up a license to do it either.
